Lawyer accuses porn star of ‘oversharing on Twitter’ in sarcastic response to lawsuit

A lawyer accused a porn star of ‘oversharing’ on Twitter in one of the most sarcastic legal response letters you’re likely to read.

Adult film star Janice Griffith, 19, who was seeking damages from poker player Dan Bilzerian when he threw her off a roof, was told she would ‘obviously lose’ her ‘frivolous’ claim because she agreed to it.

‘Very few people I know would make that choice,’ the lawyer wrote.

Ms Griffith broke her foot when she landed in the swimming pool, during a Hustler photoshoot.

However, judging by the reply from Mr Bilzerian’s representative, it looks likely she’ll be unsuccessful.

As well as questioning her profession, the letter refers to Ms Griffith’s lawsuit as ‘frivolous’ and says she is likely to have all her property repossessed by pursuing her claim, including the ‘inevitable small yappy dog’.
