It is ~ that 강조 구문

I bought the book yesterday.

             It was I that bought the book yesterday.

             It was the book that I bought yesterday.

             It was yesterday that (when) I bought the book.

It is true that he passed the exam. (가주어, 진주어 용법)

             = That he passed the exam is true.

It was him that I met there last year. (강조용법)

             = I met him there last year.

I am to blame = I am to be blamed.

             It is I that am to blame.

Tom will attend the meeting.

             It is Tom that(who) will attend the meeting.

He complained of his father.

             It was his father that he complained of.

1. It is you that(who) (is, are) wrong.

2. It is I that (am, is) responsible for that matter.
